We’d like to introduce our compressor pipeline filter elements HFDL8113, 6110010,PFD8113,6111000. they have different appearances, such as the end caps, the colours,but they have similar structures, the upper and bottom end caps ,the inner core and the filter media.
First the inner core, we use thicker and enhanced inner core which can resist the ultimate system pressure, and about the material we usually use stainless steel or carbon steel. It depends on the customer requests
Second, the end caps, they are glued by epoxy resin adhesive with inner core and filter material together. the end caps material usually are nylon,aluminium amd carbon steel sometimes are stainless steel. The O-ring on the end can guarantee good sealing effect and avoid leakage
Next the filter media which is the most important part. we choose HV or Lydall brand filter media which has good air permeability ,high efficiency the features can make the elements has low pressure drop,long service life
And to guarantee the good filtration result.
